Thermion is a leading service and contracting company in the energy, industrial, and construction sectors, focusing on energy-efficient services. The business operates nationwide and is based on around 15 establishments across Sweden.

Our services are primarily focused on contracts, renovations, and additions, as well as service in technical insulation, sound and fire sealing, and pipe and valve marking. Our customer base consists of energy companies, industries, construction companies, and installation companies in piping and ventilation, among others.

Thermion has several establishments in southern Sweden, and we now intend to strengthen our organization with additional Insulation Sheet Metal Workers in Skåne.

About the role

As an Insulation Sheet Metal Worker in technical insulation and sheet metal with us, you will have a varied and independent job where you will:

• Lead and execute smaller and medium-sized projects
• Plan, coordinate, follow up, and report projects according to agreed routines with customers and colleagues
• Be responsible for the quality of project deliveries
• Actively contribute to Thermion's development work

We are looking for someone who has

• A high school education and at least three years of work experience as an insulation sheet metal worker in contracts at industrial or installation companies
• High standards for quality
• Experience working independently
• A solution- and service-oriented approach
• An active attitude to create and develop customer relationships
• A valid driver's license (B)

If you have experience as a leading technician, we value this. Work experience from projects or service operations within industrial piping, ventilation, insulation, or similar is a merit.

Location

We are looking for insulation sheet metal workers for Skåne, with placement in Kristianstad or Malmö.
